Refund Policy

At Pinky Deal, we care deeply about the quality of our products and your experience with us. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURNS

Supplements and Ingestible Products
Due to the consumable and perishable nature of supplements and wellness products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products. For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales on ingestible products are considered final once the product has been opened.
Apparel and Non-Consumable Accessories
Apparel and non-consumable accessories may be eligible for return consideration if the item is:
  • Unworn and unwashed;
  • In its original condition with all tags attached;
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at support@pinky-deal.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at support@pinky-deal.com. Your claim must include:
  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging;
  • A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 7 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for resolution.
Manufacturing Defects, Misprints, or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at support@pinky-deal.com. Your claim must include:
  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos of the defective or incorrect item;
  • A brief description of the issue.
Claims submitted after 30 days of the delivery date will not be eligible for resolution.
Our products are fulfilled through Supliful. Resolutions for defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are subject to review and approval by our fulfillment partner. Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, at our sole discretion.

3. LOST PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
  • Check around your delivery location and with neighbors;
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to open a lost package investigation.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@pinky-deal.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, depending on the outcome, may offer a replacement or refund.
Pinky Deal is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and can no longer be modified or canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@pinky-deal.com with your order number.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds for:
  • Opened or used supplement products;
  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer;
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control;
  • Customer remorse or preference-based returns;
  • International customs delays (if applicable in the future).

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
