SHIPPING POLICY

At Pinky Deal, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party fulfillment partner, Supliful. Processing times are subject to their production and fulfillment schedule.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
3. SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
The following shipping options are available at checkout:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high-volume periods, or other factors beyond our control.
4. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). Orders below $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipment confirmation email is received.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pinky-deal.com.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must contact us at support@pinky-deal.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Your claim must include:

Your order number;

A description of the damage;

Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for resolution.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check around your delivery location and with neighbors;

Contact the carrier directly to open a lost package investigation;

Contact us at support@pinky-deal.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date if the issue remains unresolved.
Pinky Deal is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.
Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or an item that does not match your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us at support@pinky-deal.com with:

A description of the issue;

Photographic evidence.
Approved claims may result in a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, at our sole discretion.
7. RETURNS AND OPENED PRODUCTS
Due to the consumable nature of dietary supplements and protein products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products.
Apparel and non-consumable accessories may be eligible for return consideration if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached, subject to our approval. Please contact support@pinky-deal.com before sending any return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Pinky Deal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@pinky-deal.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.
