ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after your shipment confirmation. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pinky-deal.com.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts are applied). Orders under $75 are subject to standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@pinky-deal.com with your order number. We will do our best to make the change before your order enters fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout. Pinky Deal is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

We are sorry to hear that, here is what to do:

Damaged in transit: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pinky-deal.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

Lost package: If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors, and contact the carrier to open an investigation. If unresolved, reach out to us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at support@pinky-deal.com.

Defective or incorrect product: If your product has a manufacturing defect, misprint, or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@pinky-deal.com with photos and your order number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the consumable nature of supplements and wellness products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used items. All sales on ingestible products are considered final once opened. Apparel and non-consumable accessories may be eligible for return if unworn, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact support@pinky-deal.com before sending anything back.

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in processing or fulfillment and can no longer be modified or canceled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@pinky-deal.com with your order number.
