OUR PHILOSOPHY

Wellness shouldn't feel like forcing yourself.

For 28 years, I couldn't stick to a single exercise routine. I was sure the problem was me. It wasn't.

Everything changed the day I found a sport I actually loved. I started dressing up for it. I let myself romanticize the whole experience, the cute outfits, a mirror selfie mid-workout, a little story on the way. And almost without noticing, showing up stopped feeling like effort and started feeling like something I looked forward to.

That's when it finally clicked. The problem was never me. It was trying to force something into my life all at once, harsh, abrupt, and something I didn't even enjoy.

Movement on its own wasn't the whole answer, though. When I was exercising but not eating well, I saw no real change, and my motivation faded. I was also done with diets that never lasted more than three days and always felt like punishment. So instead of forcing another one, I started looking for meals I genuinely enjoyed, not the most "fitness-perfect" options, but so much better than before.

And that's when everything came together. With movement I loved and food I enjoyed, I finally started seeing results, and this time my motivation didn't fade, it grew. I stopped dieting altogether, the habit became part of my life, and nothing felt forced anymore.

Find what you love.

Consistency takes care of the rest.

Find the movement you love. Find the food you love. The rest follows on its own.

So here's what I believe now, with my whole heart: never force yourself into something you don't enjoy or can't keep up. Give yourself time to find what you genuinely love, the movement, the food, the rituals, and consistency takes care of itself. You stop doing things just to reach the goal, and start enjoying the way there.

That's why we created Pinky Deal. We want that moment in your day to stop feeling like "I have to drink my protein" and start feeling like "what am I having today?" Something you fold into what you already love, your matcha, your morning coffee, a stack of pancakes on a slow Sunday. Beautiful, delicious, and special.

"Because when a healthy habit feels that good,

you don't have to force it, it becomes the easiest

thing in the world to keep."
